My interest in social media begun when I was managing our own accommodation rental where I use social media platforms to connect with our clients and answers their queries. From that time I became interested more and more of what social media can help business owners.

Prior to creating this business, I had already vast experiences in digital world experiences which includes web and online marketing. In the early year 2000, I was into Web marketing and that time social media didn't evolve yet so more on search engine ranking and optimization. I did have 7 years of experience as well as a graphic designer which plays a big asset in my social media business nowadays. Every designing tool I use seems not that hard for me to navigate.
